It can be a challenge to remember (and to be) kinder to ourselves. One thing I do, is I send unconditional love to myself. Sometimes that means I write I love you, in my journal. Sometimes I just envision being surrounded by pure loving energy. I have found the more I do this, the easier it is to be kinder to myself. Even this needed to be a habit before I could use it as needed. An easy way to start to form this as a habit is to sent up a reminder for at least 30 days and have it say “I love you” or “I am allowed to be kind to myself” or “I am worthy of loving myself” or whatever resonates with you. Remember you are builder a new(er) muscle and its okay for it to be a process.
