3 Natural Ways to Relieve a Stress Headache

Cause we all get them! And they are annoying.

I’m not a big fan of taking pain killers for headaches.

That said, there are times when I absolutely take them.

However, I want to share with you with my go to methods for when I have a stress headache.

And let’s face it, as a business owner we all have our moments of stress headaches!

  1. Hydrate

Most of the time when I’m stressed, I’m not drinking enough water. I’m too focused on trying to get everything done that is causing me stress. Which of course causes more stress.

Can you relate?

When I realize I have a headache starting, I make an effort to drink more water or even herbal tea.

2. Apply Lotion

This one I love because it works for me and it’s unique. I totally stumbled on to this one by accident. When of course I was trying to get rid of my own headache! I can’t even tell you why I decided to apply lotion.

How many times do you put lotion on and focus on what you are doing?

I’m guessing not much. Most of the time our minds are going a million miles a minute when we quickly put lotion on.
